Taika Waititi’s Thor Love and Thunder are getting closer to its release date and it is around the time which leaks start happening. The Chris Hemsworth starring Thor Love and Thunder is a direct sequel to Thor: Ragnarok and is the fourth overall movie in The Asgardian God’s solo adventures. Jojo Rabbit director Taika Waititi returns after making the previous instalment in which Thor and Hulk teamed up to defeat Hela-The Goddess of death.
Thor: Ragnarok was heavily influenced by the Planet Hulk storyline in which Hulk finds himself on Sakaar and then they have to get out of there. They meet Valkyrie and then team up to get out of there. While many details of Thor Love and Thunder are not revealed, it is known that this movie will feature the return of Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster as well as see Valkyrie become the ruler of the new Asgard as Thor hands her the keys to the kingdom at the end of Avengers Endgame.
Now there is a leaked pic from a promotional still which has revealed what Thor’s new suit will look like. The new suit looks similar to the one he wore in Ragnarok, but it features the return of his kingly locks of hair as well as a change in colour. The new suit is made in a shade of dark blue which is different from the one he previously wore with silver black and red tones.

This film will be very important to lead us into the next phase of the Marvel cinematic universe as we will see what the Guardians of the Galaxy are up to before we see them in Guardians of The Galaxy Volume 3. We will also see how the multiverse is explored in Sam Raimi’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

Thor: Love and Thunder releases worldwide on July 8th, 2022, and is directed by Thor Ragnarok director Taika Watiti and the music is scored by The Batman music director Michael Giacchino.
