Walking on Thin Ice Episode 6 Recap
The episode opens with Eun-soo and Kyeong taking a leisurely walk while discussing their business, as he continues to try to convince her not to give up on their partnership. However, in the present, both of them are being suffocated to death by masked assailants who stop to ask them about the location of their drugs. They find it in her mattress and threaten to kill Kyeong if she doesn’t tell her where the rest is.
However, Kyeong quickly realises who one of the men are and start to fight them. Kyeong is stabbed and Eun-soo is shocked to see Dong-hyeon in front of her. As the two try to kill them, Eun-soo ends up electrocuting the men in the heat of the moment in a shocking twist. With no time in their hands, the two now have to get the two unconscious men out of the house after Su-a gets home and get Kyeong treated.
Having taken them to a warehouse, they go through their assailants’ phones and realise that their higher ups don’t know their identities yet so they are safe for the time being. However, soon, the realisation washes over Eun-soo that the two men are going to come after them no matter what and so they must kill them to save themselves. Before that, though, they both go out to attend to personal matters, giving both of their captives the time to escape. When Kyeong realises this, he goes after them and runs them over with his car before they can divulge anything.
It’s a devastating moment for both of them as they are left heartbroken at what they have done. The dead bodies come under Tae-gu’s investigation after they find meth in their systems. While investigating Dong-hyun’s home, Tae-gu finds the markers that Eun-soo uses to peddle her drugs and immediately connects the two dots. Trying to do their everyday job becomes difficult after such a shocking incident as Tae-gu continues connect more and more dots after going through the video footage. Meanwhile, Kyeong, unable to go to the hospital, suffers the consequences.
In the end, he tells Eun-soo to follow the plan of framing the Phantom gang regardless as it comes to light that Kyeong had, in fact, not killed the two men! They are completely innocent. In the end, the police track Dong-hyeon’s phone and catch Kyu-man, hopefully removing the heat from Eun-soo and Kyeong. After a framing job well done, the two go off to fulfil their obligations but with a weight in their hearts as things get more complicated.
In the last scene, an emotional Eun-soo burns the drugs and the money that they had fought so hard to get before an incriminating photo of them removing the two Phantom members from her home reaches both of them.
Walking on Thin Ice Episode 6 Review
There’s something about the chaos of Eun-soo’s character that both baffles and amuses me. While she’s a smart protagonist, there are moments when she does the worst of things that absolutely make no sense whatsoever. The point of going through this mess and then ending up poor and possibly going to jail is baffling to me and then the added stress that her husband won’t be treated and her daughter won’t have money to go to school. She shouldn’t have become a dealer if morality was ever a question in the situation.
Either way, episode 6 is fantastic and, clearly, very impressionable. It’s an easy 60 minute watch that flies by without a hitch and both Lee Young-ae and Kim Young-kwang add to that experience.

Well they are all likely of to a new place, where the same thing likely will accour,
I like to warn you about Repetitive and some boring stuff, and a buttload of talking is coming your way by watching this rather barbarian show…
S5 episode 4, never a quiet place, the blonde girl wake up at a hospital with a loot of bad cops, their leader bitch just hurting people then they do wrong thing,
She making mistakes and kill a civilian, and escapes from the place but they other don’t want that,
How did the cops shows up outside then everything was like closed by zombies, not the way she took….
Episode 5, the group with the bus is crashing it…its getting old with the crashing….and a very dramatic crash, where is the break???…none existing….
Oh boy the people in this show loves to WALK…therefore the name walking dead, most people are food for zombies, all the people we meet and see, just walking….
Se5 episode 8, the hospital hostages scenes, THAT WENT HORRIBLE AS USUALL, every actors that been with them at the start dies at some point,
The blond girl not the smartest i seen, she did that herself, so stupid, the other cops could fixed the problem with her themself…
Fillers episodes, shit fillers…pointless….
The show doesn’t make you feel good at any point, never a calm good moment…its gonna ruin your life watching this…I’m losing myself here…
S5 episode 9, another death over just one episode,
WOOOOA WHY?? DIDENT HAD TOO, maybe they should delete this like the show: lost, and the 100,
They all three looks kinda similar, its war against other living humans killing themself, and people you like dies in seconds, some very unassery deaths….
This is the last big one of them, except the show: the last of us, THEY DID DESTROYED THE GAME NUMBER 2 COMPLETELY…I’m not playing that shit…
If this keeping up the whole orginal group is gonna be gone in one more sessons…
