Planning To Watch Slumberland? Here’s What You Need To Know About Jason Momoa’s Upcoming Film!

Jason Momoa is bringing his magic on Netflix with Slumberland and we couldn’t have been more excited! An exciting adventure awaits us all as the actor takes us on a journey through the dream world along with a young girl looking for someone who was lost at sea.

Slumberland brings young Nemo to city life with an awkward uncle and a school that is no less than a prison, or that is how her father describes it to be. Her boring life turns around when one night when a little pig stuffed toy that belonged to her father brings her into the land of dreams which is the world of the notorious Flip.

She then finds a map in Slumberland which could help her meet her father once again and with that the two set out on a journey through this world of dreams. As Flip tells Nemo the rules of this world, which they are clearly going to break, the adventures that they go through cannot be missed. But will Nemo be able to meet her father before she has to wake up?

Slumberland Plot

Netflix’s synopsis of the film reads: “Joined by a larger-than-life outlaw, a daring young orphan journeys through a land of dreams to find a precious pearl that will grant her greatest wish.”

The film will take viewers on a magical journey where a little girl only wishes to meet her father for one last time and an eccentric companion who just wants to have fun. As the two journey through dreams, what adventures will the two experience and will they get what they want?

And after meeting with her father, will the young Nemo be able to go back to the real world and live the new life that she is finding hard to adjust to?

Slumberland Cast

Directed by Francis Lawrence, the film stars Jason Momoa, Marlow Barkley, Kyle Chandler, Weruche Opia, India de Beaufort, Chris O’Dowd, Humberly González, and Chris D’Silva, alongside other cast members.

Slumberland is set to release on November 18, 2022, and will be available for streaming on Netflix.
