The episode begins, and we see how Hee-won is suffering from morning sickness. Her friend, Mi-ran, comes to her home and tells her how Doo-joon has left some good pregnancy food for her at her doorstep. She also tells her friend that she is planning to keep the baby, and they both celebrate now that they can be happy about her pregnancy together. At the office, when Hee-won tries to thank Doo-joon for the porridge, he just tells her that it was leftovers, and she becomes mad hearing that. Sadly, that was not the intention of Doo-joon because he thought that telling her the food was just leftovers would lessen her burden.

This creates a very funny segment where Doo-joon thinks that he has done something great, utilising his impeccable conversation skills without understanding that Hee-won actually hates his guts now. He also gets told by his secretary that pregnant women love oranges, and he prepares them for her, which she rejects. Later, Mi-ran gives Hee-won some passes to get a much-needed massage, and here she meets Doo-joon’s mother. Because Hee-won was using a fake ID, his mother thinks that Mi-ran is the decent girl she talked with. She does a background check on her so that she can make Mi-ran Doo-joon’s partner.

At a meeting, it becomes clear that Hee-won is not at all feeling well because of her frequent morning sickness. Not only that, but she also becomes too emotional, which makes her cry often. Doo-joon sees her crying, and he becomes very worried about her condition. Thankfully, Doo-joon has his niece to help him out. She’s the one who tells him the food Hee-won was craving for. Doo-joon goes out of his way to treat the entire office team to that dish, and this act impresses Hee-won a lot. Hee-won’s condition is making her entire team very suspicious about her situation.

Later, Min-wook tries to take care of Hee-won, and this again gets witnessed by Doo-joon, who is not at all happy with this. Hence, on the basis of work, he calls Min-wook to his office and, after questioning him, gives him extra work. Here, when Hee-won falls sick, Doo-joon takes care of her. This act obviously gets them much closer than before. They talk about many things and discuss personal interests. This was needed to strengthen their bond, because they are trying their best to become good parents.

From then on, both the leads spend way more time together, and from then on, Hee-won also becomes very conscious of Doo-joon. They even go on a pretty romantic date, and it becomes clear that they are falling for each other.

Positively Yours Episode 4 Review

I absolutely loved this episode because it finally highlighted how caring and dependable Doo-joon can be as a partner, making it clear just how naturally he and Hee-won fit together. Their growing closeness felt genuine and well-earned. However, the episode’s sudden shift toward a darker and more negative ending was something I wasn’t prepared for at all. It sharply contrasted the warmth built earlier, leaving the story on an unsettling and emotionally heavy note.
