Vikings Valhalla Season 2 Trailer Breakdown
The trailer opens with a group of bounty hunters chasing down a few men deep into the woods and killing them. Then it is revealed that the attack results from someone putting a huge bounty on Harald Sigurdsson and Freydis Eriksdotter’s heads. A peculiar creature appears, which sounds like a human but does not look like one is explaining why the bounty is placed.
Further, into the trailer, it is shown that Herald and Freydis part ways so that they have a chance at survival. After parting ways, each of their plans for the future also changes. Herald is planning to take over the throne of Norway, but he soon realises that he is not the only one seeking it. He is then offered a difficult task which can secure his position.
Meanwhile, Freydis settles at Jomsborg, where the community of people welcomes her. But things seem to get complicated when she is expected to commit to a few things which might go against her principles. She is also seen to be carrying a child, which indicates her possible marriage.
In the last few minutes of the trailer, Freydis and Herald finally unite, but the enemies declare war upon them. A battle between the two parties proceeds to occur, and the winner will possibly become the owner of the throne.
