After making everyone dance to the amazing beats of Zinda Banda, the makers of Jawan have now dropped the Chaleya song. It’s a romantic track that features Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara. On Saturday, SRK dropped the teaser and got everyone excited. Fans have eagerly awaited to see Khan’s romantic side after a long time. The track is called Hayyoda in Tamil and Chalona in Telugu.
The Chaleya song is sung by Arijit Singh and Shilpa Rao. The music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, and the lyrics are penned by Kumaar. The teasers helped the fans to catch up with the beats of the romantic melody. Arijit and Shilpa’s voices sound magical and harmonious as they get every emotion right in this romantic track.
After the Pathaan title track, Chaleya is the second song Arijit has sung for SRK this year. In the past, the singer lend his voice for Khan’s other romantic songs like Gerua, Manwa Laage, and Hawayein among others. Earlier, Khan had praised both the singers, musician and lyricist in his tweet – Anirudh you are magical. Farah as always love u. Arijit u make me sound like love, yet again. Shilpa u sound divine & Kumaar your poetry ‘bahut changi hai’.
Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara have a crackling chemistry throughout. Farah Khan has choreographed the song, and it’s good to see Shah Rukh and her collaborating after a long time. The dance steps are super cool, just like SRK’s shirts. Nayanthara looks gorgeous, and together, they are a delight to watch.
The mesmerising music video has made us eager to watch the song on the big screen. It would be interesting to see how their love story plays out in the action thriller. Romance comes easy to SRK, and the way he looks at the Bigil actress will make his fans blush.

Directed by Atlee Kumar, Jawan also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, and Sunil Grover. Actress Deepika Padukone will have a special appearance in the film. It is produced by Red Chillies Entertainment – Gauri Khan and co-produced by Gaurav Verma. The film is set to release in theatres on September 7, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages.
