Zendaya Surprises at Coachella 2023; The Crowd Went Crazy When THIS Happened

Making a long-awaited comeback on stage as a performer, Zendaya surprised the crowd attending the second weekend’s events at Coachella 2023. Joining Labrinth, she performed the Emmy-nominated song I’m Tired from her HBO drama series Euphoria created by Sam Levinson, in addition to another song, All of Us.

She was not the only one to have joined the British rapper. Sia had also jumped in as yet another surprise appearance and went on to belt out the melody of the LSD song Thunderclouds, along with Maddie Ziegler grooving to the beats beside them.

Prior to venturing into solemn tones of Euphoria, and her feature film debut in Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), Zendaya had a long, stellar singing and dancing career owing to her shared history with Disney Channel. Making her TV debut in the sitcom Shake It Up (2010) alongside Bella Thorne, she later took on the leading role in Disney’s another series KC Undercover (2015). The 2010 sitcom also made way for her shining music career as she released several singles throughout the show’s journey, including the collaborative tracks with Thorne – Watch Me, Fashion is My Kryptonite, her other solo tracks – Swag It Out, Replay, and many more.

In 2022, she even took to her Twitter handle to post about her love for music despite having stepped away from it. However, the latest developments at Coachella saw her returning onstage and singing her out in a pink frilled and corseted dress with her knee-length boots. All of Us was featured on the Season 1 finale of the HBO series, while I’m Tired was heard on Season 2 Episode 4, titled ‘You Who Cannot See, Think Of Those Who Can’. The latter was nominated for a Prime-time Emmy award in the Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics category in 2022.

The Euphoria actor was also recently appointed as the new ambassador for a leading luxury fashion brand. Her Coachella surprise entry marks her return to the stage after around 6-7 years, becoming yet another reason for her going viral on the internet. Additionally, except the two aforementioned songs, the actor and singer was also featured on the Season 2 track of the show, Elliot’s Song alongside Dominic Fike.

It comes as no surprise that most of her fan-following to date is that she brought along from her old Disney days. While she may have parted ways from the TV network back then, her fans never left her side and always counted on her returning to her singing roots one day.

That dream came true when she participated in the HBO show’s OST-making process with Labrinth, who now brought her out on to the stage as the ultimate surprise one could’ve hoped for. And as expected, the pleasing and stunning revelation has left the fans tweeting messages like, “I’m ascending to heaven”, “Zendaya you are so love”, “Imagine the state of the society if we consistently got Zendaya performances”, “she’s truly THE only woman ever” and more.
