Criminal Code Season 2 Ending Explained
Benicio and Suellen continue to pursue the Phantom Gang while Isaac is in the process of executing his next plan. The detectives apprehend Caveirinha and realise later on that there’s a heist being planned as they speak. They are able to figure out where and how the heist is about to take place, but in the midst of the gunfight, the Assuncao is shot, and he succumbs to his injuries. Elsewhere, a fight breaks out between Xuxa and Isaac and results in Xuxa vowing revenge, but finding a Ghost turns out to be more difficult than he first thought.
In the midst of this, Soulless creates a daring plan to break out of prison while the police decide to use Belicio’s informant as a plant at Shangi-La. It works out for everyone involved as she’s able to get pictures of Isaac. Later, one of the Phantom Gang’s daring robberies goes south after Suellen and her team figure out when and where the deed will go down. In a gunfight between the two factions, Gabriel is killed. In retaliation, Isaac abducts Angelica and threatens her for information and then kills Amaro, blaming him for Gabriel’s death.

He puts out a hit on Suellen, who barely gets away while she’s out with her baby. Meanwhile, Vendramine breaks up with Benicio and admonishes him for getting into a fight with other police officers. Later on, Suelle and Vendramine track and arrest Venessa, who refuses to give away any information regarding Isaac. On the other hand, frustrated with things going south for him and with the Ambassador going against his word, Isaac teams up with Djeison and kills him.
With no time to lose, the police launch an operation to get Isaac’s DNA and bug his entire house, but he unfortunately finds out within minutes. Now aware that the police are there, things escalate. With Vendramine and Angelica trapped inside, the others swarm in to hopefully apprehend the thieves as soon as possible. Unfortunately, Isaac gets away in spite of the heavy policing, and Vendramine finds Angelica’s blood spot on the carpet, which makes her suspicious.
Meanwhile, Cabeca finds a way to make Soulless and Isaac meet each other. With the Ambassador’s death, there are two tons of drugs sitting somewhere in a police lockup, and he convinces the two men to work together to recover them and split the profits. Rossi, meanwhile, makes a deal with the prosecutor, who brings Djeison to him. From him, they learn about Isaac’s drug route and, before long, realise that Isaac and Soulless are about to steal drugs to kickstart their new business.

Is Suellen Able to Arrest Isaac?
The thieves make their way out of the warehouse with the cocaine, but many men end up dying. Isaac makes a hasty escape on the plane while Soulless drives the loot. The police, meanwhile, track Isaac’s phone and map out where he is going. There, Suelle and Benicio figure out that the Ambassador’s plan was to stuff fruit with cocaine and then ship them out to avoid suspicions. However, that might not be Isaac’s plan. They eventually figure out that the thieves will be using the “fishing method” and move to the port to apprehend them.
They find Isaac and Soulless after they have completed loading the ship, but follow him to find Lobo with them as well. Isaac is eventually shot in the ensuing shootout, but he and Lobo try to catch Suellen. Thankfully, she is able to shoot Lobo dead. Unfortunately, Isaac gets away.

What Happens to Soulless?
Soulless runs off into the woods, and Benicio gives chase. The two have a fistfight, and Soulless eventually dies.
In the end, the police get the credit for stopping the drugs from being shipped while Denicio is transferred to another department. He seems to be enjoying his time with his new four-legged companion, though. Cabeca takes over the drug business with the Italian, and Isaac holes up with Playboy, ready to plan their next heist.
