One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 6 Recap
All the S-Class heroes gather for a strategy meeting to figure out how to deal with the rising monster threat. They acknowledge that while many of the recent enemies weren’t overwhelmingly strong, several displayed worrying levels of skill. As they break down the attack and plan their next move, they admit that the boss’s exact location is still unknown. In the end, they agree that whoever manages to find the boss first will be the one to take it down.
That’s when Amai Mask barges in, despite not being invited. He’s reminded that only S-Class heroes are supposed to infiltrate the hideout and that everyone else should remain on the surface to assist from above. His pride doesn’t take that well, as he immediately refuses to stand back and insists on joining the mission. This quickly escalates into a clash with both Tatsumaki and Zombie Man, with Amai Mask even throwing out the accusation that Zombie Man might be a monster himself because of his immortality.

King arrives in the middle of this tension. Even though he tries to admit the truth, that he was just eating hot pot with Saitama, the heroes around him instantly hype him up again. His presence alone diffuses the argument, finally allowing the group to refocus and prepare for the monster raid.
Since Bang isn’t allowed to participate in the operation, King fills him in on the details. King also suggests bringing Saitama and Genos into the mission, and both Bang and Silver Fang immediately agree that it’s a good idea. Meanwhile, Genos has just received a massive power upgrade.
One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 7 Review

The episode begins with all the S-ranked and A-ranked heroes entering the villain’s lair to engage in a fight against their enemies. Even though at first everyone thought that the A-ranked heroes would be nothing more than a burden, they showcase that they, too, are powerful enough. They handle the weaker monster underlings pretty easily, as it is their job to let the S-ranked heroes preserve their powers as much as possible. However, this also reveals that the monsters sent the weakest ones first because they knew that they would lose. This was definitely their aim to wear the heroes down.
They prove that by sending a second wave of stronger monsters for the heroes to fight. Among them is the Rhino Wrestler, who comes off as way tougher than others, single-handedly beating almost every A-ranked hero. Gyoro Gyoro watches all of this happen, but that is when Atomic Samurai comes to face him directly. Their fight goes exactly as one would expect, and this part was definitely worth remembering.

But he’s not the only one, as the moment S-ranked heroes step forward, they demonstrate just how more powerful they are compared to others. Flash, the hero known for his speed, is so fast that no one even notices his movement.

Verdict

Today’s episode again featured low-quality animation that, at times, looked amusing despite having no movement. Only two or three scenes altogether look decent, but the other shots are just embarrassing at this point. I have no idea what the scenes where Saitama will fight look like.
