Christmas 2022: Netflix Movies That Can Ruin the Holiday Mood

Christmas 2022 is almost here and with the holiday magic making its way back, what we need is to indulge in this mood with some holiday films that will brighten the atmosphere. As we make our way to Netflix with some hopes to lighten the mood, not all films can do this and some are even capable of ruining the mood for us all.

So to avoid that from happening, here’s a list of Christmas movies on Netflix that you need to avoid to keep the festivities alive this season! But if the curiosity still survives then we will also let you know where to watch them all.

Christmas 2022: Netflix Movies to Avoid

Christmas Full of Grace

Beginning this list is a Brazilian rom-com that just didn’t work well with the audience with its nonsensical plot that comes with an annoying protagonist and sweeps the warmth of this season under the rug. As the plot and characters leave you speechless throughout the film, the only Christmas miracle in this film is the way everything ends on a positive note for the protagonist.

Christmas on Mistletoe Farm

The list of movies you have prepared for Christmas is long and it is better to not waste your time watching a film with absolutely no purpose whatsoever. So if you want to save the disappointment of watching something that will only leave you confused then it is better you skip on this comedy film.

Christmas is the season for some warm and cosy flicks and not those that will continue to preach you for an hour and thirty five minutes. So better skip on this film unless you want a repetitive preachy fil which will only crumble your holiday spirit.

You can stream the movie on Netflix.

Delivery by Christmas

This is a film that brings two boring people together and tries to build up a fun story to entertain you with some festive spirit, only to fail in doing so. The film will have you sit through a plot that will only leave you confused as you try to understand what is it that you were supposed to take away from the film.

Falling for Christmas

Next on this list we have a film that will leave you utterly speechless with its plot full of holes and jokes that aren’t really funny. However, this film comes with a saving point and that is this film is perfect to play in the background while you all enjoy the festivities.

Scrooge: A Christmas Carol

With some wonderful animated Christmas movies taking over the streaming site, this is definitely a film that doesn’t make its mark as it brings a plot that will devoid you of any comfort that you would expect from such movies. Leaving you disappointed with its musical plot, this is a film that you might as well avoid.

The film is now streaming on Netflix.

Too Close for Christmas

This Canadian film brings back the rom-com plot that you will only leave you bored after going through it so many times with a different cast. However, unless you like the sweet and silly Christmas film that never tires you then this film is not for you.

Watch the movie on Netflix.

Christmas With You

Last on this list is a Christmas rom-com that lacks the holiday magic and the sparks between the main couple whose chemistry is hardly seen in the film. While it could have made a fine rom-com (because their chemistry with the teenage daughter is much better), it hardly passes the line for a good holiday film.
