On the other hand, Han Dong-jin is a workaholic, who has suffered from loneliness for his entire life. At first, both leads find each other on opposite ends, but as they get to know each other, they realise how similar their lives are. In the trailer, we see Woo-joo being envious of Dong-jin, as she stands in his office and sarcastically tells the lady (presumably her father’s mistress) that she looks like she has a bright future.

While the lady doesn’t even know who she is. Followed by scenes of her father’s funeral and Woo-joo packing up her stuff to move out of the house. We also get to see different characters like her elder sister Hye-seong, who is getting humiliated by another woman – as she had affair with her husband. Woo-joo confronts her but she replies that every man cheats, just like their dad and she won’t explain herself.

Woo-joo also has a friend played by Sung Joon, who wants to console her, but doesn’t know how to. However, when she felt like there’s nothing left in life, she decides to take revenge on the person who put her in this situation. She starts to follow Dong-jin who seems to be living a good life, in her eyes.

But he catches on to it and confronts her to explain, why she is following him everywhere, even to his house. From then on we see that even Dong-jin is living a miserable life, where a man is seen shouting at him that his presence itself on this earth is a bad thing /he shouldn’t exist in the first place. Even his ex girlfriend, played by Ahn Hee-yeon aka EXID Hani, cheated on him yet wants to get back together.

From taking revenge on Dong-jin, Woo-joo slowly seems to come on his side and help him lead a life that doesn’t make him miserable or lonely. She realises that this isn’t what she wanted but she feels a connection with him and wants to be there with him. Overall, it will be a healing drama that will mend broken hearts and make them feel loved again.
