AMA Winners 2025: The 2025 American Music Awards have once again been a night to remember. Held on May 26, 2025, at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas and hosted by Jennifer Lopez, the ceremony celebrated a diverse array of music talents across genres for another extraordinary year. The evening brought forth standout performances, heartfelt tributes and some very surprising outcomes that left fans shocked!

In a shocking (but not really) turn of events, popstar Billie Eilish emerged as the most awarded artist of the evening after she secured all seven categories in which she was nominated including: Artist of the Year, Album of the Year (Hit Me Hard and Soft), Song of the Year (Birds of a Feather), Favorite Female Pop Artist, Favorite Pop Album (Hit Me Hard and Soft), Favorite Touring Artist and Favorite Pop Song (Birds of a Feather). - Favorite R&B Song – SZA’s (Saturn)
- Favorite Male R&B Artist – The Weeknd
- Favorite R&B Album – The Weeknd (Hurry Up Tomorrow)
- Collaboration of the Year and Favorite Music Video – Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars (Die With a Smile)
- Favorite Male Pop Artist – Bruno Mars

Special Honors
Apart from these, special honours were bestowed upon some exceptionally talented artists who have changed the musical landscape.

- Lifetime Achievement Award – Rod Stewart
A surprising turn of events in the AMA 2025 is Taylor Swift does not win in any of the categories she was nominated in. Leading with six nominations this year, including Artist of the Year, Album of the Year for The Tortured Poets Department, and Favorite Touring Artist, Taylor Swift AMAs win was almost a sure shot event. But much to the heartbreak of fans, that did not turn out to be the case. On top of that, her absence from the event itself was notable, especially given her history as the most awarded artist in AMA history with 40 wins in the past.
