The Other Black Girl Ending Explained
As we reach the tenth episode of The Other Black Girl, it is established that Hazel is the bad guy, working for the organization of the titular name- an organization that focuses on infiltrating workplace set-up and making Black women more submissive to make them accommodating in the workplace setting.
In The Other Black Girl Episode 10, Nella is captured by the organisation members, courtesy to Hazel, of course. She is captured by Dianna, a mastermind behind this for a long time, who wants Nella for Jesse Waston’s book launch. Nella is adamant about not being a part of this which is when Diana asks Hazel to help Nella be on their team by using their product to calm her down.
However before anything can happen to Nella, we have Kendra Rae Phillips, who was seen at the beginning of the show and presumed to be dead, making an entry and rescuing Nella. Thereafter Nella ends up meeting with Malaika and Vera gives her a different idea altogether to stop Jesse’s book from being launched.
Nella decides to leak Jesse’s book and come back to the office after everything. Nella being back shocks everyone and makes everyone assume that she is on their team. She convinces her boss, Richard that she is back because of Diana, hinting falsely at being manipulated and under the influence of the organization. Due to this, Nella is promoted to being the new senior editor.

But the last scene of The Other Black Girl shows us why Nella is where she is. She is in touch with Kendra Rae and ready to take down the organisation. In a different scene, Kendra Rae is actually attacking Jesse and making sure his book never sees the light of the day.
