5 Made in Heaven Season 2 Wedding Attires That Push Us Closer to Planning a Wedding
Mrunal Thakur: The Red Wedding
We have put here a Game of Thrones reference and, it is not a coincidence. This wedding was love and death combined, so it is symbolic of how Thakur’s Adhira donned a red lehenga with golden and green jewellery. As a bride, Adhira looks breathtaking, so much so that the injury marks fade away amidst the beauty of the gorgeous attire that she walks in. Out of all the wedding attires in Made in Heaven Season 2, we feel that this one is the most well-coded according to the season (wedding and otherwise), giving full-blown bridal vibes.

Shibani Dandekar Akhtar: The Warrior Princess
Aditi (played by Aktar) and Radhika (played by Khalid) screamed woman power, be it the theme, the production, the clothing and jewellery or the way the commitment ceremony ended up being this couple. Akhtar’s dress of choice was unconventional but, so was the ceremony making the event and the attire go hand-in-hand. It was all brown, bronze and glittering but, just the right amount. The horsetail pony, dangling earrings and gorgeous shimmery dress are all added to make up for various ideas in our heads for our individual weddings.
Zayn Marie Khan: All Shades of Beautiful
Featured in the first episode, Khan plays the role of Sarina, a bride who is made to feel by society that having a dark complexion is not beautiful. It is a tragic scene when we see her put on the pink Sabyasachi lehenga that makes her look oh-so-beautiful but, her family members discourage her from wearing it on her wedding day as they feel the light colour makes her look darker. Fortunately, she has a partner that stands by her and shows her how beautiful her skin is and gifting her the same pink lehenga. According to the designer, it reflects an Indo-English rose and, we couldn’t agree more.
Kali aka Kallirroi Tziafeta: The Blonde Bride
Nothing felt too much for Elmira (played by Kali), nor the blonde dyes to colour her hair or the heavy wedding dress that made her look like she is made of gold. The red lips look fantastic as do the extra-element that this priceless attire brings. This one too is not just a wedding dress but, a show-off move of glamour, power and money, everything Elmira is going to sit on by the end of the nikah.
Elnaaz Norouzi: Bride Takes It All
The physical representation of Sheesh Mahal, actress Leila Shirazi (played by Norouzi) was a sight to behold. The shimmers feel too much for a morning/afternoon wedding event but, Leila’s wedding attire shows what a star she is (especially, after she cracks that deal with Sarfaraz, wink wink). We love the clean hair and makeup along with the chunky jewellery that compliments the dramatic saree well.
