Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse Poster: Miles Morales Hangs Upside Down Among Multiverse of Spidey Versions

Spider-Man Across the Spider-Verse Poster has been released soon after the trailer of the film was unveiled. It is an upcoming animated superhero film featuring the Marvel Comics character Miles Morales as Spider-Man. It is a sequel to Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and is set in a shared multiverse of alternate universes called the Spider-Verse.

In this film, Miles Morales returns for the next chapter of the Oscar-winning Spider-Verse saga. After reuniting with Gwen Stacy, Brooklyn’s full-time, friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man is catapulted across the Multiverse, where he encounters a team of Spider-People charged with protecting its very existence.

But when the heroes clash on how to handle a new threat, Miles finds himself pitted against the other Spiders and must redefine what it means to be a hero so he can save the people he loves most. The film is directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson from a screenplay by Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and David Callaham.

The complete voice cast of the sequel includes Shameik Moore as Miles Morales / Spider-Man, Hailee Steinfeld as Gwen Stacy / Spider-Woman, Jake Johnson as Peter B. Parker / Spider-Man, Oscar Isaac as Miguel O’Hara, Brian Tyree Henry as Jefferson Davis, Luna Lauren Vélez as Rio Morales, Issa Rae as Jessica Drew / Spider-Woman, Jason Schwartzman as the Spot, Daniel Kaluuya as Hobart Hobie Brown.

In the poster, we see Miles Morales hanging upside down while different versions of the alternate reality Spidey are in the background. In the trailer we saw – Spider-Punk, Spider-Woman and the Bombastic Bag-Man and from the poster, we can see Scarlet Spider, Spider-Man India, and several others.

It is also reported that Oscar Isaac’s role as Miguel O’Hara/Spider-Man 2099, will be explored in the upcoming film. He might even play an antagonist to Miles as their ideologies don’t match and might come in each other’s way.
