Second round includes extreme stamina and endurance. Since it’s a duo match, once again, Jin-yong fails to make the cut, but since only one person has to be eliminated, he combats against his team player and wins the round. Next on, the shuttle run round takes place. Thankfully, Jin-yong cuts the chase since he has a lot of endurance.

The remaining two must pull the infinite rope in the final winner round. After pulling the rope for an hour, Jin-yong completes the challenge and becomes the Physical 100 season 1 winner. Every other participant watching the match looks stunned when the result comes out. Since Woo Jin-yong isn’t really visible before the 8th episode, nobody could believe that he is taking home the grand prize.

The fellow contestant who battled with Jin-yong expresses his disappointment yet thanks the show for making him compete with talented people. Woo Jin-yong also shares his final words and happily marks a great history on behalf of all the snowboarders who couldn’t show out their talents.

From the first round, where the contestants matched one-on-one to the final quest of pulling the rope, every contest happened within a single day, tiring the participants. However, the contestants somehow managed to push themselves and keep proceeding to the next rounds. Fascinately, the last guy who stood, Woo Jin-yong, becomes the guy who can fulfill all five fitness goals: Endurance, Strength, Willpower, Stamina and Balance.

Woo Jin-yong, who aspired to be a physical education teacher, became a snowboarder and the first national team player. But, his dream to get inside the Olympics failed since the sports event denied the category. With a dream unfulfilled and a passion yet burning, Woo Jin-yong is now world-known with this title and brings his fellow snowboarders a victorious recognition. His wish to let the world know about the snowboarders’ extremely good skills has been finally represented, and that’s a history which he has successfully marked.
