Hwasa Show premiered on December 17, 2022, and the fans are ecstatic about it. The new programme was released on tvN and will consist of 10 episodes. Hwa Sa is the show’s main host and will invite various musicians to share their stories and experiences about music and life. Each episode will drop weekly, every Saturday, on the network.
The MAMAMOO singer has previously worked on many other Variety shows. Namely, MBC’s I Live Alone, tvN’s How Do You Play?, I Live Alone: Girls’ Secret Party, MMM_Where Are We Now, MMMTV1, MMMTV2, MMMTV3, MMMTV4, MMMTV5, MMMTV6 and more. She has also made several guest appearances in various shows, like, Show!terview with Jessi, Hangout with Yoo, Boss in the Mirror etc.
Since the first episode dropped last Saturday, the artist’s fans have been dissecting and sharing their opinions on Twitter. Artists like Oh Hae-won and Lily M from NMIXX, along with Park Jin Young, the former head of JYP Entertainment, made an appearance on the first episode of the talk show. The guests talked about their musical journey and how they ended up debuting in the new girl group. JYP and Hwa Sa performed a fun song to entertain the audience
The Twitter community has been showering praises Hwa Sa’s way and discussing the various artists that have a possibility of appearing in the show. The upcoming episodes might include K-pop singer KAI from EXO, South Korean rapper Simon Dominic, Meenoi and BIBI. Hwa Sa also revealed that she wants the members of her group, MAMAMOO, to appear in the show.
The fans also talk about how well the first episode did in terms of ratings. The episode received a whopping 8.50 ratings, and the traffic on the network was the highest compared to the entire week. It is safe to say that Hwa Sa has had a great influence as a solo artist in South Korea.
The singer also released her second song, Grey Christmas, from the Variety show. She also contributed to the composition and lyrics of the track.
