– Hello Remember Me Review Does Not Contain Spoilers –
Hello Remember Me gives us a heavily pregnant and frantic Malini start the series off as she tries to run away from Tori, a part of her past. Although thankfully, we don’t know from the get-go what could’ve happened, you get an idea that this is a game of obsession and possession.
However, the mystery gets over within the first few episode or two – Hello Remember Me, right on cue, gives away what could be the reason for Malini’s fear in one swift go. And then you start the waiting game of getting more and more exposition to have your opinion about the show confirmed in the next few episodes.

Hello Remember Me tries to create a mystery by giving away all of the mystery in the first episode or two. After that, you wait and wonder how the antagonist will die because this predictable thriller won’t be going anywhere else.
However, the series tries its best to tell us and show us that there’s something thrilling and shocking going on. People doubt absolutely unknown people for being something sinister for no reason and, honestly, for very tame things. There are doubts thrown around for other unnecessary reasons, and the series pads its runtime with unnecessary moments that don’t add anything to the runtime.
Furthermore, Hello Remember Me also randomly zooms on people’s faces at the most basic moments to showcase something shocking happening but… it’s not? It’s so hilarious to watch this go down as you wonder why we are zooming into people’s faces when nothing of note happens around them.
Interestingly, I found fear in other quarters of Hello Remember Me – the controlling nature of Malini’s in-law’s family. No, they don’t actively abuse anyone, but you know that Malini somehow feels trapped in her house. The way those around her talk about her showcases an underlying notion of control and of not seeing Malini as a person with her own wants and needs. She is someone who is carrying her husband’s child, and that’s where her identity starts and ends.

Hello Remember Me doesn’t do anything new, and neither does it create any sort of conflict or thrill. It goes through the motions of a story tried and tested by giving away the mystery in the first moment and then showcasing the after-effects of it in the most predictable way possible. The unnecessary zooms feel comical at best as if trying to push the narrative that – look, this is shocking!
Summing Up: Hello Remember Me
With sexism and slut-shaming galore, Hello Remember Me is a silly series that tries its best to be a thriller but ends up being nothing much a boring and predictable watch rife with convenient plot points. Props, however, for showcasing homophobia at its best; we love it (not).
Hello Remember Me is streaming on Hoichoi.

To be honest I think it’s time that they introduce an actual love story of a homosexual couple rather than this revenge game. I love Payel’s possessiveness absolutely but I want people to accept homosexual relationships as any normal relationships gradually. Hello ss1,ss2,ss3 or dwitio purush all of those show that this love can’t have a happy ending. I had high expectations from the hello series but I HATED the ending.
