On January 20th, 2025, the South Korean band GOT7 PYTHON music video was released and fans cannot stop cheering for the return of their favourite K-pop group after years. Bringing the right vibe, sounding rich, and soothing the hearts of fans who’ve been waiting for a long time now, this music video is the one to tune into today. The song is absolutely beautiful and just right for the group who have been stealing hearts for years.
GOT7 is a seven-member Boyband formed under JYP Entertainment consisting of members- Jay B, Mark, Jackson, Jinyoung, Youngjae, BamBam, and Yugyeom. The group debuted on January 16, 2014, and consists of multinational members from South Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand and the United States. Upon the expiration of the contract, the members all decided to not renew their contract under JYPE, but they have been releasing various projects both group and solo for fans around the world.
Now, the group has made its return after 3 long years with their newest EP WINTER HEPTAGON with PYTHON being the title track. The song consists of a pop melody with a hip-hop vibe that suits perfectly the group’s overall feel. Now, let’s jump into the music video review without further ado!

I have to begin this review by saying that this song is beautifully Rich! Once you listen to the song and are done with it, all you are left thinking is how rich the overall feel of this song is. The vibe is absolutely perfect for so many occasions, and we cannot get over how worth it the wait has been this whole time. You will not be able to stop yourself from shaking up a little to the beats of the song that will leave you enchanted.
Starting off with the beautiful music video, it is smooth, sexy, beautiful, and perfect for the group. The colours of the song are dark, and cold, yet filled with a sparkle that leaves you staring at your screen. There is no distraction because of how smooth all the transitions are, making for a wonderful experience for viewers.
But it is surely the song itself that is the highlight of the song because of how catchy it is. Listen to the song twice and you’ll find yourself singing along because of how catchy it is. The beats are on point, the vibe is perfect, the lyrics are meaningful, and you can play this almost anywhere. The song really makes me look forward to the rest of the tracks on their EP and I’m already sure that there is no room for disappointment.
Meanwhile, the choreography is something that I cannot stop thinking about. It is fluid, on point with the beats, with expressions that show that the members are having fun during the song. The dance moves are smooth, sexy, and so powerful without really putting too much energy into their steps. It’s the aura of this song that really holds the power and I cannot stop listening to the song.
Altogether, PYTHON is the song that makes for the perfect start for this year, and this is the kind of comeback that makes the wait worth it. GOT7 have done what they do best and they are here to prove that they are among the best in the world of K-pop music.
