Mob Psycho 100 Season 3 Episode 10 Title

The worldwide phenomenon and overnight success of Mob Psycho 100 are unique in a way that will probably never be seen in this medium again. The series is back with its third instalment being Mob Psycho 100 Season 3, or just Mob Psycho Season 3. The series is based upon a manga written by One Punch Man author and artist ONE. Mob Psycho 100 Season 3 Episode 10 Review- Someone Save Mob

Forest Mob Psycho 100 Season 3 Episode 10

I have been picking at the disturbing motif for this entire season of Mob Psycho, and I’m glad that I picked up on what the show was trying to drop my way. This was an insane episode and the kind of episode that the series has been building towards for years now. “The explosion of Mob’s feelings” has long been the best theme song of the show, and it was easy to see why. However, the show has never deserved the song more than it does right now. This was far from just an explosion; this was a catastrophe.

The concept of mutually assured destruction is a weird yet effective one. What can you do about someone who holds the power to destroy your entire existence? Well, you hold the same weapons they do and threaten them the same as they do you. But what if you can’t? What if it is physically impossible for you to have the same amount of power as somebody else? In that situation, all you can do is rely on the other person’s kindness and presence of mind while fearing for your life every second of the way.

That must have been what living with the knowledge that Mob exists must be like. If someone like that ever lost control of their powers, or even worse, intentionally became evil, there was nothing you could do except accept your fate. You could try facing him, especially if you considered him a friend, as Hanazawa did in Mob Psycho 100 Season 3 Episode 10, but it was as obvious as the sun rising in the east that you were going to lose that fight. Still, Hanazawa put up an extraordinary showing in this episode, proving that he was one of the better rival characters we’ve seen in the past decade.

The animation was phenomenal in Mob Psycho 100 Season 3 Episode 10, as Studio Bones have put their A team towards Mob Psycho 100, to the chagrin of My Hero Academia fans (myself included). The distinct art style of Mob Psycho lends itself well to many artistic liberties, and the animators usually use it well. This was no exception, although the one OST you would expect to be used here was only used sparingly, which is not the best decision to make at the moment.

This was among the best episodes of Mob Psycho 100 since the start of the show, which is not the first time I’ve said this in this review series. The series is fast approaching its conclusion, and we can only assume that means it is going to be on its best foot until it ends. There is not much in the world that can touch this show at its best, so imagine what a string of episodes is going to be like. The show is headed towards a highly intriguing finale and one that is sure to be awesome.

Verdict

Mob Psycho 100 Season 3 Episode 10 was an absolutely terrifying outing, as we seemed to have lost Mob to the dark forces forever. It doesn’t get much better than this, but you better believe that this show is going to.
