Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Release Date Revealed! Watch the New Trailer

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 finally has a release date after much anticipation from the fans. Along with it, a character introduction video has also been released, that hints at what to expect next. It is a popular anime adaptation of Gege Akutami’s manga of the same name. It is animated by Studio MAPPA and premiered on October 2, 2020, with 24 episodes.

The series follows Yuji Itadori who accidentally becomes a vessel of one of the most dangerous curses ever, called Sukuna. However, he soon finds out that there are people who fight curses and he might be their target as they want to kill him to minimize the danger to society. Soon he meets Satoru Gojo, one of the most powerful exorcists of modern times, who sets out to help him.

Gojo offers him a way out by letting him study at Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College, where he’ll learn how to control his powers and be of use to exorcists, known as jujutsu sorcerers. But, something far more sinister is brewing and Yuji’s school days might be cut short and thus begins the heroic tale of a boy who became cursed to fight curses, a life from which he could never turn back.
