Celebrating a decade worth of milestones and achievements since their debut in 2013, the 2023 BTS FESTA timeline is ready to begin the count down to the South Korean band’s anniversary. An adorably eye-catching and colourfully radiant calendar for the same has been published on the K-pop septet’s official social media profiles, revealing days filled with surprises ahead.
It’s no doubt that the group has aged like fine wine, especially in terms of the quality content and music its members – RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook – have put out over the last 10 years. And so the celebrations will go even harder than expected, with their fans waiting to make the most of their annual celebratory event scheduled for the upcoming month of summer.
As the clock struck 12:00 AM (KST) and the last day of the month of May kick-started, the game-puzzle-like visuals of the BTS FESTA Calendar were revealed, leaving the group’s fans with just as many question marks in their mind as were to be found on the timeline so posted. Surprisingly, despite the boy group’s anniversary to be celebrated on June 13, 2023, the calendar goes past that date as well and terminates on June 17, 2023 instead. With a board game interface lookalike of Monopoly, the BTS 10th Anniversary FESTA timeline has already made it all seem like a party we can’t afford to miss.
It was about time that dark silence gave in and made way for the ‘Borahae’ lifestyle. The profile pictures and layouts of all official social media platforms of the group – Weibo, Facebook, Youtube channel “BANGTAN TV” and Weverse account – have been changed to take on the signature purple colour that represents the group. Beginning from May 31, 2023, i.e. today as per KST, the calendar suggests that new Easter eggs, updates and revelations will make their way to us from June 2, to be followed on the next day as well. Taking a short break, the same highlights will resume on June 7 and keep blessing us with more and more jubilance till the anniversary date is in sight.

The upcoming BTS FESTA celebrations for “Boraday” also mean that the fans can hold on to the hopes of hearing something new from the boy group. Each year, the members have presented some surprise hits like Jungkook released his solo track Still With You in 2020. Seoul is about to painted purple, and who knows, the indomitable K-pop phenomenon (now a force to be reckoned with on the global scale) may even have a previously filmed OT7 video (with Jin and J-Hope completing their military service) present for their fans. Only time will tell.
FESTA’s main show will be held on June 17, 2023, at an in-person event in Yeouido, Seoul.
