Yashoda Trailer has been finally released after giving the viewers a small glimpse into the film, with its teaser. It is an upcoming science fiction thriller film set to premiere next month. The film is written and directed by Hari–Harish and produced by Sridevi Movies.
The story will follow a pregnant woman named Yashoda, she is advised to follow a few guidelines about her physical and mental well-being and safety. However, a set of events occur that make Yashoda live on the edge, risking her well-being. The film is set to be full of action sequences and the mystery behind the surrogacy.
The cast of the film includes Samantha Prabhu as Yashoda, Unni Mukundan as Gautham, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar as Madhubala, Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, Sampath Raj, Shatru, Madhurima, Divya Sripada, Kalpika Ganesh, Priyanka Sharma, Rajiv Kumar Aneja and others.

In the trailer, we see Samantha telling about hearing the heartbeat of the child inside her, followed by visuals of a medical facility for pregnant women, named Eva. We also get to know that she is actually a surrogate and the born child will be given to a rich family. She is advised to take utmost care of herself and the people at Eva with help her with everything.
There also seems to be a brewing romance between her and a doctor, who asks her if she is married and we get to know that a lot of celebrities also opt for surrogacy and it’s nothing new or taboo. Soon after, the film takes a twisted turn as we see Samantha in a battered shape, fending for her life and uncovering a sinister truth about Eva.
Murder, politics, and thrilling action sequences takes the center stage next, as Yashoda is trying to survive amidst all the conspiracy. Shot in Tamil and Telugu, the film will be dubbed and released in additional three languages – Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam, making the widest pan-India release, also marking Samantha’s first Hindi theatrical release.
