After a long pause of several months, cinema halls have now reopened in various parts of the world, including some states in India. Due to this, Sony decided to move up the theatrical release date for Venom: Let There Be Carnage, aka Venom 2. The news will make all the fans excited for sure.
Venom Sequel was supposed to release on October 15, 2021. As per Sony Pictures’ official website, the release date is now preponed to October 1, 2021. Some reports state that the success of Marvel’s Shang Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings encouraged Sony to make the release date change.
The movie’s official Twitter page also confirmed the release date. The makers tweeted, “Save the date. ???? #Venom: Let There Be #Carnage is exclusively in movie theaters on OCTOBER 1.
???? Experience it in 3D, premium large formats, and IMAX.
???? Tickets on sale Wednesday.”

Venom: Let There Be Carnage will have Tom Hardy reprising the titular role. Directed by Andy Serkis, Kelly Marcel has written the screenplay. The cast also includes Michelle Williams, Naomie Harris, Reid Scott, Stephen Graham and Woody Harrelson.
