Typhoon Family Episode 16 Recap

This episode begins with the Typhoon Company celebrating their findings while having some Ramen. They now decide what to do with Hyeon-jun and his company. On the other hand, Hyeon-jun is also doing business dealings with a foreigner, who is not really committing to his words. Typhoon Company again comes up with an idea to counter Hyeon-jun’s plan. They decide that, because Hyeon-jun wants Bae’s company thanks to the cooling device that they need, they will release the patent for everyone else to use.

Tae-poong finally talks to Bae’s father about releasing his patent to his competitors. He readily agrees as he understands the situation they are in. But he also feels bad about the fact that he will have to let go of a product that was like his old children. On the day of the auction of the company, Tae-poong swiftly puts the newspaper in front of the foreign businessman who was supposed to get the cooling fan, letting him know that the product he was wishing to get is no longer exclusive. Things happened exactly how they were supposed to be, and Tae-poong won the bid.

Thus, Tae-poong saves Bae’s company as well. Needless to say, Hyeon-jun completely loses in this round and decides to sell whatever he can get his hands on. This is why he decides to sell Typhoon Trading Company. Hearing this, Tae-poong comes barging in to face off against Hyeon-jun and demands to know why he is closing the company. They start to have a physical fight, and as things escalate, Tae-poong finally tells him to leave the delusion of always trying to beat him for no reason.

When Hyeon-jun goes to his father to get his thumbprint on a contract that says he’s going to sell their building, his father clearly asks him what his intentions are. And against whom is he trying to win anyway? While this was happening, members of the Typhoon Company saw Hyeon-jun leaving the shipping container. They literally take the entire shipping container and save Hyeon-jun’s father. Finally, Hyeon-jun’s father makes him pay for all the sins that he has committed and lets the police take him away for the arson that he committed previously.

Tae-poong eventually comes back to his office, and with a new nameplate made entirely for him. After that, many good things happened, as Nam-mo confesses his love for Mi-ho in front of everyone, and they make up. Tae-poong and Mi-seon also finally let the office people know that they are dating, which ends up becoming a hilarious situation. However, the most surprising aspect of this episode is that in the end, Nam-mo and Mi-ho get married. However, the episode ends on a very good note, and I will just suggest you watch it to find out what happens in the end.
