Totally Killer Ending Explained Contains Spoilers
In Totally Killer, 35 years ago, 3 16-year-old girls named Tiffany, Heather and Marisa were killed mercilessly. The killer wore a big mask to hide their identity and stabbed these 3 girls to death 16 times. Jamie’s mother, Pam, is the only one not killed. However, in the present time, the Sweet 16 killer returns during Halloween and kills Pam by stabbing her to death. Jamie finds a note that warns Pam that she will be next.
At the Halloween fair, Jamie is with her friend Amelia, and they discuss what must have happened. Suddenly, the Sweet 16 Killer arrives there and attacks Jamie. Jamie gets inside Amelia’s time machine at the fair. The killer stabs the machine with his knife, and suddenly, a big spark sends Jamie back to the 1980s, during the week when the three girls died.
When Jamie arrives in the past, the three girls are alive. She tells Amelia’s mother, Lauren, about the time machine, the serial killer, and his killings. Lauren is also a tech geek and works on the time machine that will help Jamie get back in time. In the meantime, Jamie does everything she can to stop the serial killer from killing these girls.

Sadly, despite all her efforts, the serial killer kills Heather and Marisa. Only Lauren is the one who survived. During the Halloween fair, Jamie, young Pam, Blake and others devise a plan to catch the killer. They tell Lauren to enter the Dollhouse of Horrors when, according to Jamie’s world, Marisa is found dead.
Lauren enters the Dollhouse of Horrors while others hide and wait for the killer to arrive. The killer makes his way inside to kill Marisa. Thankfully, everyone comes out and attacks him. But he’s too strong for anyone to stop him. Suddenly, Kara comes there and kills the killer with her scythe, given to her by her cop dad.
Totally Killer Ending Explained: Who is the Sweet 16 Killer of the 80s?

In Prime Video’s Totally Killer movie, when the Sweet 16 Killer dies, and we learn that it is Doug. Doug is the future Principal of Jamie’s high school. As he was never caught in the past in the normal timeline, no one ever found out who the serial killer was. But why was he killing the girls? It turns out he was Fat Trish’s boyfriend.
A few years ago, Heather, Marisa and Tiffany invited Fat Trish for a night out. They heard rumours that Trish was sleeping with their coach. So they called her and made her drink a lot so that she could confess to sleeping with him. However, Trish gets upset due to everything and drives back home in a drunken state. That’s how she dies, and Doug was taking revenge for his girlfriend’s death.

When we think Marisa is safe, another masked killer enters and attacks and stabs her to death. Young Pam, Blake, Kara, Randy and others are shocked to see another killer as they just killed the one. Young Lauren tells Jamie it’s time for her to go back. Otherwise, she will never return to her normal life.
Jamie has to go inside the Quantum Drop, which will help her return to the present. Jamie has to stay inside the ride once it starts. If she doesn’t stand in position, the machine will explode her body into Pink Dust. As Jamie runs towards the Quantum Drop, the second Sweet 16 Killer chases her. He also kills news reporter Norm Dubusage on live television.

The killer manages to get inside the Quantum Drop and attacks Jamie. However, young Pam also enters the machine to help Jamie. The killer tries to attack the girls as they try to save themselves. The killer stabs Pam with his knife, but Jamie suddenly opens the door that throws her out of the Quantum drop, thus saving her mother’s life.
The man takes off his mask, and the second killer is Chris Dubusage, the man who runs a podcast on the Sweet 16 Killer in the present time. Jamie asks Chris why he would kill her mother, Pam, and he talks about the pressure of running the podcast of murders that happened in the past. He wanted to continue the story so that people keep showing interest.
Chris killed his father, Norm, so that his future self doesn’t have to live under the shadow of his father’s legacy. As Chris attempts to kill Jamie, she uses the nail gun to attack him. Chris gets away from the machine, and as young Lauren had explained, his body gets explored. So we learn that the Sweet 16 Killer in the 1980s was Doug, and the one in the present time was Chris Dubusage.

Totally Killer movie has a happy ending. When Jamie returns to the present, a lot has changed. As Lauren promised, she sent Jamie back when her mother was alive. The older Lauren hands Jamie a book that mentions everything changed after they managed to kill the Sweet 16 killer in the 1980s.
We learn that Pam and Blake hooked up quite early, and Jamie now has a 34-year-old brother named Jamie. So what’s Jamie’s name? Well, her parents named her Collette. Amelia is still her best friend. Randy is the school principal, and Chris lives in a monastery in India.
Totally Killer is one of the fun, silly and engaging horror movies of 2023. It should be on your watchlist.
