The Zone: Survival Mission Season 3 Episode 6 Review: A Mission To Stay in Line!

Yoo Jae-suk and Kwon Yu-ri are back in The Zone: Survival Mission Season 3, with new team members- Kim Dong-hyun and DEX. As they return to enter new realities and bring about more interesting scenarios, an entertaining and educative adventure awaits us all. The show brings new simulations and lessons to be learnt to ensure we are given more than just entertainment in this variety show.

“MC of the Nation” Yoo Jae-suk and Girls’ Generation Kwon Yu-ri are joined by “Stun Gun” Kim Dong-hyun and Single’s Inferno star DEX and are ready with an eight-episode-long adventure for us all.

The Zone: Survival Mission Season 3 Episode 6 Recap

Episode 6 brings the members to a unique adventurous experience that takes them to the magical world of The Wizard of Oz, but with an intriguing twist. The members are tasked with walking along a yellow boundary while completing the challenges that come in the middle, but they need to ensure they don’t cross this yellow line.

They are warned that they must get connected through a strap every time they cross the line, which limits their speed and movements. After all four members are connected, the punishment for crossing is line is an extra person from the show’s staff who acts as a shadow and is an extra hurdle to the team. The representatives of mankind needed to reach the finishing line within 4 hours, and unfortunately, this proved to be harder than they thought.

The four cross various hurdles, walking through a chicken shed, crossing a small stream in the middle of winter, going through a haunted house, crossing through a building and even jumping from some of them, plus many more hurdles. The tasks proved to be harder to finish as they started getting connected, but it got worse when more members of the staff started getting added to this line.

With varying speeds and physical strengths, with the addition of walking for more than 3 hours, the members start losing their stamina towards the end. However, as the representatives of mankind, they do not give up and give their best to finish the tasks while making sure to help the shadows to the best of their abilities, the members almost reach the finishing line.

Unfortunately, even with the finishing line in sight, the members are held back by the shadows and are unable to finish the task on time. With this, the Line Zone comes to an end and the members fail to complete the mission. The idea of this zone was to show the importance of boundaries in a relationship and how maintaining them is important for every relationship.

The Zone: Survival Mission Season 3 Episode 6 Review

Episode 6 has brought one of the best episodes of this season as the comedy, adventure and entertainment peaks with the wonderful idea and set-up of this simulation. The episodes brought out the best from every member and highlighted their potential while making sure that the entertainment wasn’t left behind in any way.

Additionally, adding the staff to the show only heightened the entertainment and left us laughing out loud throughout the episode. Their raw emotions towards the simulation and their relationship with the representatives of mankind were like a cherry on the cake, resulting in this episode getting better with each passing moment.

Altogether, this was one of the best episodes of this season and In have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of this zone.
