Set in Seoul in the 1990s, police officer Jun-mo is sucked into a deadly underworld drug peddling racket when a deadly organisation with a shadowy new leader starts selling a dangerous new drug in the nightclub scene and trafficking between Japan, China and Korea. In the midst of doing this, however, certain truths come to the surface that he is probably not ready to face.
