In the last few minutes of the episode, we see Charlie on a rescue boat with a few people. It is then confirmed that those people are former residents of Casa Roja when Isela also appears. They started a new life and found a new home for themselves and the ones in need on the Mosquito Coast.
Dina suddenly appears and approaches both Charlie and Margot. She was also carrying a substance in her hand.
