It is too soon to say goodbye but, The Lord of the Rings The Rings of Power Episode 8 will mark the final episode of the show’s present season. The Fantasy drama is based on The Lord of the Rings and its appendices by J. R. R. Tolkien and developed by showrunners J. D. Payne and Patrick McKay. It is produced by Amazon Studios along with the Tolkien Estate, the Tolkien Trust, HarperCollins and New Line Cinema.
Being dubbed as the most expensive tv series ever made, The Rings of Power has featured the story of the Second Age so far and in the last episode, we actually saw what and how Mordor came into existence. The musical theme score is by Howard Shore, who has worked on the films that came before the series and Bear McCreary serves as the overall composer for the series.

When Will The Lord of the Rings The Rings of Power Episode 8 Air?
The final episode for The Lord of the Rings The Rings of Power, will air on Amazon Prime Video on October 14, 2022. The episode is going to be directed by Doctor Who famed British director Wayne Che Yip, who has also contributed to directing some other episodes of the series. The name of the final episode has not been revealed yet but, our best guess is that it could be very well called ‘Mordor’ or something related to it.
