The First Responders Episode 8 Recap
The episode started with the firefighters reaching the residence to rescue the ones inside the room. After much effort, they finally cut off the door, and they all escaped out of the room safely. However, Doha and Song Seol stayed behind to disarm the bomb inside the dead body as it might contain valuable evidence.
However, the police started investigating to reveal the hacker’s identity, and they received a lot of information. They find out that the gangsters are having an internal fight with each other following the death of the boss. And to save the accused, the associates hacked the NFS to tamper with the evidence. Hong arrives at the court with the report for her appearance.
On the other hand, Doha and Song Seol both started to build an object that could help them disarm the bomb. But they were facing many problems to achieve their goal and asked Ho-gae to buy them some more time. After stalling for a while, Kong had to submit the report to the judge finally. Nevertheless, at the right time, the bomb gets disarmed.
However, the results were expected to prove the accused guilty. But when the judge announced the results, the evidence proved him guilty, and the police had to let him go. Kong goes to the judge’s office and asks him if he is being threatened, and he says yes. He reveals that his son is being kidnapped by the gangsters, and the police start to search for him.
However, right on time, they are able to find the judge’s son and bring him to safety. Moreover, Ho-gae is able to intercept the criminal with his vehicle right on time. They issued an arrest warrant again and put him back into jail. However, just when everyone was getting settled in, they got another distress call.
The call is from the lawyer Yang, whom Ho-gae knew very closely. He was put inside a bathtub in a secluded area, and his chest was cut open in the shape of a Y. After much effort, the location was found by the police, and they rescued him. But right inside the ambulance, he loses consciousness and dies. A new doctor arrives to conduct the autopsy, and the episode ends on that note.
