The Big 4 Ending Explained
From what we know after watching the action-filled flick, Topan and the rest of the group get into deep trouble, as Pelor gets kidnapped by Antonio. And after a much-needed reconciling scene, the siblings pledge to not only rescue Pelor but also to avenge their father’s death. Thereby leading to a highly graphic, and violent climax.
When Antonio starts to torture the youngest sibling, he gets a call from Topan, who hints at his real name and identity. However, the lethal assassin trained by Petrus changes the subject and invites him to the final showdown. Topan, informs him that the gang has already arrived and he has no way to run.
The fight begins when an empty jeep gets all blown up by Antonio’s henchman, and works as a successful bait for the team of siblings. Nextly, they all arrive inside the hotel/villa, to locate the boss’s man, and bring him to justice, for killing their father Petrus. In the process, they are also confronted by Antonio’s assistant Alo, who provides a tough fight to the gang, only to get blown up by a rocket launcher afterwards.
The scene becomes tenser when Topan finally finds Antonio, and they both engage in hand-to-hand combat. Even though the fight is dominated by the wicked assassin, Topan manages to find his groove and beat the bad guy at his own game. Furthermore, Antonio tries to evade the final outcome by threatening to kill Pelor and buying himself more time.

However, Topan starts to taunt the assassin by calling him by his birth name and makes the fighting sequences a bit comical. He also starts to guide Pelor to break himself loose, and attack Antonio while he is distracted. In the end, both siblings are successful in eliminating the gangster, who ultimately winds up dead on the shore of the island.
During the climax, we get to see Topan expressing his love to Dina, who also tries to arrest the group of assassins. Eventually, it all ends happily when Topan handcuffs her and exits with the rest of the group, after saying the final goodbye. Moreover, in one of the last scenes, we get to see a mysterious woman, threatening officer Hassan and pledging to kill the group head, Topan. All of which indicate the possibility of a forthcoming sequel.
