The Bads of Bollywood Ending Explained
The series opens with Aasamaan Singh getting the break of his life after he completes a risky stunt for producer Freddy, who is known for being a hothead and an abusive man. He immediately starts getting offers, particularly one from Karan Johar, that he wants to do. However, going against his manager’s words, he has already signed Freddy’s three-year contract that has locked him from working with anyone else, and he has to go to him to ask what to do.
Freddy is initially fine with him doing Johar’s film, but eventually, he asks him to come back and do another film for him, and the two films clash. Aasmaan is frustrated and refuses to comply with Freddy, eventually severing ties with him. When Freddy eventually tries to sue him, though, Parvais sends goons to stop him from messing up his friend’s career.

With things working in his favour, Ajay is not happy. Unwilling to let Karishma’s first film be opposite a non-Nepo newcomer, he tries his hardest to stop the two from mingling and pulls strings to get Aasmaan out of the ring, but all of his tricks fail. With Aasmaan and Karishma falling for one another, a surprise proposal from Sameer leaves both of them shocked and disheartened. And if things couldn’t get any worse, Aasmaan gets embroiled in Gafoor’s business and is eventually kidnapped.
Jagraj follows them and eventually takes a video of Aasmaan with Gafoor, which he uses to cut a deal with Freddy. Aasmaan is eventually cut off from Karan’s film as well, and if this wasn’t enough, his father eventually dies during surgery as well. However, he eventually wins the FilmFirst Award, and after the ceremony, Karishma tells him the truth regarding his father’s setup, and he ends up confronting him.

Ajay is immediately confrontational and tells him to stay away from his family. Aasmaan eventually punches Ajay in front of everyone and is immediately taken to jail, while Karishma confronts her father, and Ajay locks her in a room. In true film hero style, Aasmaan arrives at her home to break her out, and Ajay follows suit. The two eventually have a fight as Karishma and Aasmaan try to marry each other, and just as the latter is about to hit Ajay, Neeta tells him that Ajay is his father.
What happens to Aasmaan and Karishma?

The two eventually meet after the disaster of a confession and decide to become friends… but really, what else can they do?
Does Aasmaan become a star?
Devastated by everything, Aasmaan decides to leave the industry, but Parvaiz eventually slaps him back to his senses. But with no one else willing to work with him, the only option that remains is Gafoor. The two eventually decide to work together, but who knows for how long!
What happens to Ajay and Neeta?

Of course, the two of them are hated by their children, but they do acknowledge their incorrect path to doing something correct. However, they are surprised to learn that they did not call each other, and they eventually realise that Jagraj and Freddy have brought them there to discuss making a family drama film – “The Bastards of Bollywood.”
