Summer Time Render Episode 7 Review- Shadows Will Only Mislead You

Shiori Summer Time Render Episode 7

Contrarians have their place in pop culture and media, and every single one of us is known to dislike at least one or two of the widely lauded or popular talk of the town. Speaking negatively about contrarianism is a “He who is free of sin shall cast the first stone” situation. Hell, ask me my thoughts about Hunter x Hunter, and I will be forced to back away from the conversation altogether, lest I be pummeled into submission by Gon X Hisoka shippers. The point is that hating on universally acknowledged media is fine, and everyone does it.

However, hating on some things comes across as far more unfair and out of order than others. You will find many sound arguments against Game of Thrones and how the series deserved to be buried and destroyed, but the same arguments against Breaking bad will cause you to be perceived as a lunatic by many. If a series has so many good things that finding any faults comes across as nitpicking, maybe it is time to admit that maybe the series just wasn’t for you despite it being accepted and celebrated by everyone else. In the same vein, it is hard to believe that haters of Summertime Rendering exist.

Shadow Captured Summer Time Render Episode 7

The series hasn’t got a single thing wrong since its inception. It was able to set up this highly intriguing world with a deadly mystery that is able to suck you in like a black hole, features some great animation and fantastic music, and is just overall solid. If you aren’t a fan of this kind of anime and think that the time-loop island genre is played out, or just hate the cicada noises and can’t watch the show because of it, it is fine, and no one has the right to make you feel bad about it. However, the quality of this show is hard to deny.

Summer Time Render Episode 7 was another intense and action-packed outing of the show that involved Shinpei, Hizuru, and Nezu trying to finish a task that Hizuru couldn’t do alone in the previous loop. We also learn a secret about Hizuru that explains many things about her character and turns her from a rather basic strong female character to a highly dangerous shadow killing machine. Needless to say, there was a lot of shadow killing in this episode, as the trio formed a formidable pairing.

We also learned a lot about the world and why it came to be this way. However, the most important thing that we learned is that shadows aren’t indestructible and can be taken down with a little bit of technique and a lot of know-how. That did a lot of evening up the playing field and showcasing that the humans stood a chance against the shadows. The music in this episode was also top-notch, as it captured the emotional and action beats perfectly. This OST keeps improving by the episode and makes you look forward to what the composer is going to do next.

Verdict

Summer Time Render Episode 7 was another fantastic episode that featured a ton of action and revealed a lot of the show’s mysteries. It also made things more interesting by giving the weaker side more tools to fight. Things are getting hotter by the minute!
