Overview
Suicide Squad Isekai anime is produced by Wit Studio, and presented by Warner Bros. Japan, and directed by Eri Osada. The screenplay is being handled by Tappei Nagatsuki, who is also the author of the Re:Zero light novels and the talented Eiji Umehara. The character design will be done by Naoto Hosoda, based on the draft by manga artist Akira Amano, known for the series Reborn! The music will be by Kenichiro Suehiro, known for his music in The Eminence in Shadow.

Notable voice cast includes Anna Nagase as Dr. Harleen Quinzel (Harley Quinn), Yūichirō Umehara as The Joker, Reigo Yamaguchi as Floyd Lawton (Deadshot), and more.
The opening theme song, “Another World,” is performed by Tomoyasu Hotei, while the ending theme, “Go-Getters,” is by Mori Calliope.

In this thrilling series, Harley Quinn, Deadshot, and other squad members find themselves transported to a magical and perilous world through a mysterious gate. The catch? Nano bombs are implanted in their necks, set to detonate within 72 hours unless they return home. As they navigate this new realm filled with magic, monsters, and swordsmen, the Suicide Squad must get creative to survive and find a way back.
Ultimately, their lives hang on the deal with Queen Aldora, as they must defeat the Queen’s adversaries to gain freedom. Hence, faced with no other options, the Suicide Squad plunges into the heat of battle with no room for failure.

Suicide Squad Isekai is set to premiere in the US with three episodes on June 27, 2024, on Max and Hulu, and in Japan on July 6, 2024, on Tokyo MX and BS11.
