Stranger Things 4 Volume 1 was released on May 27 on Netflix with 7 long episodes. The series stars Millie Bobby Brown as Eleven, Finn Wolfhard as Mike, Noah Schnapp as Will, Gaten Matarazzo as Dustin, Caleb McLaughlin as Lucas, Sadie Sink as Max, Joe Keery as Steve, David Harbour as Jim Hopper, Natalia Dyer as Nancy Wheeler, Charlie Heaton as Jonathan, Winona Ryder as Joyce Byers, Brett Gelman as Murray Bauman, Joseph Quinn as Eddie and Eduardo Franco as Argyle.
In Volume 1, we witnessed the deaths of 3 characters. None of these was from the main characters of Stranger Things. Max was very close to getting killed by Vecna. Thankfully, her friends saved her at the right time. But that doesn’t mean the threat is over. Vecna is very much alive and now has more reasons to cause terror beyond the upside-down world.
Stranger Things 4 Volume 2 Predictions
In the last two episodes, Steve, Nancy, Eddie and Robin enter the upside down to find the truth about Vecna. They get attacked by bat-like big creatures. Steve gets heavily injured in the attack. We are worried that Steve Harrington might die in Vol 2.
The way makers are teasing us about the Steve-Nancy patch up. It feels like a build-up, not for a happy ending but a heartbreaking end. The makers had plans to kill Steve in the first season itself but changed their minds. Seeing how Steve has become a fan favourite and has shown the best character development so far, chances are the Duffer Brothers might get him killed. If this happens, Dustin will be extremely shattered.
Another prediction is about Will and Mike. Stranger Things 4 Vol 1 dropped hints about Will’s feelings towards Mike. The awkwardness and silence were enough to tell us that Will sees Mike as more than just a friend. Will is also carrying the painting he made for someone special. Mike likes El, so it will be sad to see Will going through a heartbreak. The boy has suffered enough!

Dr Brenner is doing everything to remind Eleven of the powers she has. El finally saw how she attacked Henry/Peter/One/Vecna when he killed the other kids. So these flashbacks and memories might remind El of her power. One El remembers everything; chances are she will get her powers back. In her letter to Mike, Eleven says that she will become a superhero again. Let’s hope that happens in volume 2.
Joyce and Murray have reached Russia to rescue Hopper. We will finally see them leaving Russia and heading to Hawkins. When El returns to Hawkins to meet her friends and fight Vecna, one can hope to see the reunion between the father and daughter. The Duffer Brothers owe us this one after that emotional season 3 ending.

Stranger Things 4 Volume 2 Release Date
Now the biggest question – When is Stranger Things 4 Volume 2 releasing? The last two episodes will drop on July 1, 2022, on Netflix. We are just a month away from watching what happens in Hawkins and our freaky friends. The episodes are said to be at least two hours or more.
