Signs and Risk of Porn Addiction: 6 Ways to Stop Watching Porn

Watching porn, they say, helps you discover sexuality or find the depth of sexual intercourse. But in reality, porn isn’t even real sex. People out there use the adult industry to spread misconceptions about sex and the human body. Unfortunately, many users fall prey to porn addiction because they believe in the fantasy sex world.

Additionally, this porn industry is so filthy that, as per the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, 78% of female kids and 15% of male kids are exploited for pornography purposes. And we truly say that half of the porn-addicted people unintentionally do watch children getting abused because the video claims that the kids are all 18 or older.

Now that you’ve visited this blog, we appreciate you taking the step to stop watching porn. Because it will not only put an end to your porn addiction, but it will also crush the porn sites that have been abusing people for years.

  1. Another great way to quit a porn habit is to use the mindfulness and cognitive behavior methods contained in the book Power Over Pornography. They really work and do a good job of preventing relapse at the same time. I highly recommend the book.
