The upcoming documentary trailer for Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me explores the six-year journey of American singer and songwriter Selena Gomez. It will cover Selena’s limelight supremacy following the third studio album and her personal battle with illness and health, including the kidney transplant.
The documentary will be directed by Alek Keshishian and produced by Aleen Keshishian, Zack Morgenroth, Alek Keshishian, Michelle An, Katherine LeBlond, Stephanie Meurer and Caitlin Daley. Whereas, John Janick and Steve Berman will serve as the executive producer on the project.

Director Alek Keshishian previously directed Selena’s Hands to Myself in the year 2015 and is also known for helming Madonna’s critically acclaimed Truth or Dare, also regarded as one of the best pop star documentaries of all time. Furthermore, the project will closely observe Selena and provide an intimate look into her life and limelight.
The trailer for the documentary features several emotions of Selena’s life, including Gomez hanging out with friends and family. Furthermore, it provides a deeper and more intimate setting on the other side of celebrity fandom. There are moments inside the trailer where Selena describes that she has been working since her childhood, and maybe sometimes she doesn’t want to be this famous.

In the trailer for the doc, Selena can also be seen interacting with inspiring individuals, followed by a wisdom-rich conversation. Moreover, she also spends some time with her childhood friends and their children.

Selena further ventures into light and hope as the trailer moves forward. Notably, there are many highs and lows in her life, but most importantly there is no stopping. She has always continued to push her way forward, and inspire others through her music and life. Something which prominently reflects in the documentary.
