See You in My 19th Life Episode 9 Recap
The new episode picks up from where the last one ended. Ji-eum reveals to Seo-ha that she was Ju-won in her past life. However, he refuses to believe her and asks her to stop lying about it. She again tells him that she is telling the truth and gives him a major hint. She goes on to hand him a note and asks him to read it only after opening the jewellery box they used to play with as kids.
Seo-ha goes to his old house, where he finds the key, but he could not open the box so he confronted his uncle and father. On the other hand, Do-yun goes over to pick his brother up from a restaurant where he is drunk. While they were squabbling, Cho-won sees them and hits his brother, thinking that he was attacking Do-yun. A few moments later, he asks Cho0won to forget about him as he cannot be in a relationship with her despite liking her.
The next day, Seo-ha reaches the old house and unlocks the jewellery box. Inside the box, there was a book authored by Ju-won which reveals her entire life story. He opens the note, and inside it is written for him to go back to the place where she gave him the jewellery box. He rushes to go to the amusement park and sees Ji-eum waiting for him there. He finally believes her words, and they reunite.
Seo-ha happens to confront his uncle again, who supposedly wanted to kill him as a kid. The uncle explains to him that it was not his intention to kill him but his father. The revelation infuriates Seo-ha, and he asks his uncle to surrender to the police. His uncle confesses to his crimes which affect MI Group’s stocks and profits.

Ji-eum gets a call from Han-na, who is the reincarnation of Seo-ha’s mother. She asks Ji-eum to scare Hae-sun at the club. Ji-eum does so and reveals a few secrets to Hae-sun, which no one else knew. This scares Hae-sun, and she wonders how Ji-eum is aware of it. Later Han-na also reveals that there will come a time when Ji-eum will have to make a choice, but she does not explain anything further.
Seo-ha and Ji-eum visit the same bridge that she saw in her vision. She tells him that she saw a man running towards her in her dreams but does not reveal the name. She believes that it was Ji-eum but teases him to make him jealous. While they were standing on the bridge, she gets another vision, but she is stabbing Seo-ha instead, and she is hit with an arrow in the back. Meanwhile, Cho-won was nearly hurt by a flower pot in the studio, which indicates that the people who know about her identity are met with dangerous situations.

See You in My 19th Life Episode 9 Review
The latest episode is one of the most crucial ones of the series because Ji-eum finally reveals her true identity to Seo-ha. He learns the truth, and they finally express their love for each other. However, it is not all peaceful, as some major incident of the past still affects Ji-eum’s present and future, and it involves Seo-ha.
The plot is getting more interesting, and it moves forward, providing phenomenal build-up and suspense. In the midst of the serious story, there are a few endearing moments and comedic elements that keep the show light.
