What better way to make the most of Valentine’s Day than celebrate it with the best boy band in the world? Everyone’s free therapy and favourite variety show is back as Run BTS 2023 Special Episode is ready to drop hilarious bombs left and right this February.
BANGTAN TV released the teaser of the upcoming episode titled “Mini Field Day” today and Twitter has once again erupted with the fans of the group, i.e. ARMY, losing their calm. The show has become a well celebrated event for the fanbase, and this new entry will put an end to the fans’ heavy despairing sighs.
Various K-pop groups participate in the multi-sports event, Idol Star Athletics Championships (ISAC), and while back in the day, BTS used to attend it as well, their busy schedules don’t leave them with enough room to make way for it anymore. As a counter to the situation, the latest upcoming episode will grant them an opportunity to delve into their self-organised edition of the sports tussle.
Jimin reunites with his Kendo roots, and other unpredictable twists await as the septet engages in the adrenaline-kicking affair while playing a soapy and slippery version of football. We can expect the K-pop boy band to be divided into sub-groups for the same, which brings us back to team names. Although they haven’t been revealed yet, fans are ready with their guess already as the name ‘Team Kim Seok-jin’ always gets the upper hand in the end.
It looks like ARMY is more charged up than ever for the forthcoming date, and it’s not so much for the ‘day of love’, but all about the excessive excitement for the variety show’s comeback. Fans are curious to know which member will pull the betrayal card in this episode and unfold a series of riotous laughs. We can’t wait for RM, Jin, Suga, J-hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook to make our day, while swallowing back the thought that this might also be the last we see of them in this playful avatar till 2025.
