Star Wars: The Bad Batch Season 2

In the new season, months have passed since the events on Kamino, and the Bad Batch continues their journey navigating the Empire after the fall of the Republic. They will cross paths with friends and foes, both new and familiar, as they take on a variety of thrilling mercenary missions that will take them to unexpected and dangerous new places. It will premiere with two episodes.

Magic of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Season 2

The 10-episode docu-series showcases the vast array of animals in the park’s care and the dedicated team of animal experts who manage the around-the-clock needs of the animals. This new season will explore the magic of nature within Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, The Seas with Nemo & Friends at EPCOT, and Tri-Circle-D Ranch, which holds more than 300 species and 5,000-plus animals.

January 6

Taaza Khabar

Starring internet sensation Bhuvan Bam, this dram web series is based on the life of a sanitation worker, the series light-heartedly depicts class-based poverty and the human desire to lead a better life. Other cast members include Shriya Pilgaonkar, JD Chakravarthy, Deven Bhojani, Prathmesh Parab, Nitya Mathur, Shilpa Shukla and Mithilesh Chaturvedi.

Strangest Bird Alive

A fast and ferocious giant has roamed the Namibian desert for over seventy million years – the ostrich. Since this bird first set foot on these sands, it has faced an annual challenge: choosing the right moment to breed. The ostrich must ensure its clutch hatches around the time of the rains. If the timing is wrong, food will be scarce and the chicks will die. If it’s right, a new generation gets the chance of a life on the run.

This character-driven documentary series follows multicultural athletes in pursuit of their dreams, paints a captivating picture of Japanese life and showcases what it takes to succeed in the international surf industry.

Gina Yei

Gina, a cheerful and creative girl, has a dream to write songs. Thanks to her lyric-writing abilities, she gets the chance of a lifetime when she wins a scholarship to the prestigious Caribbean Music Institute (CMI) on the island of Puerto Rico. It’s the best place in the world to study Latin music and the birthplace of reggaeton.

The Last of Us

The Last of Us, a tv series based on the critically acclaimed video game takes place 20 years after modern civilization has been destroyed. Joel, a hardened survivor, is hired to smuggle Ellie, a 14-year-old girl, out of an oppressive quarantine zone. What starts as a small job soon becomes a brutal, heartbreaking journey, as they both must traverse the U.S. and depend on each other for survival.

Although it’s an HBO Max series, it will be available for streaming on Disney+ Hotstar, in India.

January 18

Super Junior: The Last Man Standing

Super Junior: The Last Man Standing captures the story of Super Junior’s birth and debut, from the intense trainee days, through the beginning of the large project group ‘Super Junior 05’ that has never been seen before, to today. In addition, the members of Super Junior, who are heading towards the 20th anniversary of their debut, will honestly reveal their true and inner feelings that they have never brought out to the world, revealing their days of growing up together in joy, pain, happiness, and despair.

King Shakir Recycle

Scientists trying to solve the environmental crisis of pollution devise a way to send the collected garbage into space via rocket ships. When this garbage starts to land on alien planets, the outraged aliens head to Earth for revenge. King Shakir and his family must do their best to protect the world from alien destruction.

January 25

Mila in the Multiverse

Mila is 16 years old and living the adventure of her life travelling through the multiverse in search of her mother, Elis. As she travels, she will come face to face with The Operators, a mysterious and dangerous group that wants to exterminate all universes. She will have to face them in order to save the vast multiverse.
