Rana Naidu Ending Explained
In the last few episodes, we see that Surya abducts Naga and his girlfriend Tara and in the tussle, Tara is shot by him. When he approaches Naga, talking about how the biggest mistake he made was to kill Deeya, Naga finds it as a chance to save himself. He spills all the beans about Prince being the one to kill her by accident & with the voice recording from earlier, he was able to prove it too.
But to still get the money, Surya sends a fake pic of Naga being dead, while they visit Prince’s house on the day of the Showbiz awards. At the same time, Rana’s son Ani is on his way to his house to go together with him. When Naga realises that, he schemes to hang Prince instead of shooting him, to show that it’s a suicide.
They even post on his Instagram with the caption Goodbye. Ani walks into the house looking for Prince but shockingly finds him hanging. To protect his family from any kind of attack, Rana takes them to the hotel and decides to stay there. On the other hand, Jaffa, in a state of drunkenness, follows the Maharaj and shoots at his car.

Jaffa decides to bring the injured Maharaj to the action studio & keeps him there. He is found by his brother Tej, who was there with his girlfriend Ana. She tries to stop the bleeding until Rana comes & asks Tej to call the ambulance. But his reluctance doesn’t sit well with her & after an argument with Rana, she goes home.
Meanwhile, the police come knocking at Naga’s door and ask him about his whereabouts when Prince died. He says that he was with a woman, but when asked to call her, he replies that she is a married woman & he can’t call without notice. The police ask him to present his alibi by the evening & he decides to take Nyla’s help, who lies on his behalf.
With Lara’s help, the Naidu brothers were able to make sure that nobody saw what happened to Maharaj and even deleted the CCTV footage. But they don’t know what to do with him. Rana seems to make up his mind about letting him die, but his brothers don’t think the same. The Maharaj also tries to sweet-talk them into calling an ambulance. Meanwhile, Arjun finds them at the studio and decides to help.

In the hotel room, Rana’s family is under Srini’s watch, but Naina couldn’t bear it anymore & ends up at the studio as well. When she sees Maharaj, she mellows down & gets an understanding of what’s happening. The ambulance also comes knocking at the same time, as Tej had called them before.
To help them, she lies about having fallen down while practising action scenes & sends them back. On the other hand, in a desperate attempt, Maharaj spills that he loved Rana, implying that he sexually molested him like Jaffa as well. Unable to bear his words, Rana shoots him in the head, while Arjun takes the body & the car to dump in Lonavla.
The next day, Jaffa tells everything to Naga when the news of the missing Maharaj comes on and even spills the beans on Rana being exploited. Meanwhile, Surya is finding it difficult to get passports to flee, and moreover, his partner, Salim, runs away with all the money. Unfortunately, while running away, he gets caught by Rana, who gets Surya’s location from him and leaves to drown.

But while searching, Srini is caught by Surya, who then threatens to kill him if Rana doesn’t provide him with money & passport. Naga also comes looking for Rana and tries to apologise for what happened, but it takes a different turn & ends up asking for 20 lakhs to go away from all their lives.
CBI officer Eijaz Sheikh’s body is found by the officer who works with Rana & threatens him that he will expose everything since he has all the information now. Also, after recovering, OP is confronted by his sister-in-law, with whom he had been having an affair, and she is pregnant now. OP calls his confidante for help, but Rana ends up asking for his help with a private plane & money.

Rana calls Surya at the location where the plane is ready to take off, and while exchanging Srini with the money bag, Surya shoots him. The foul play turns into a shootout when Surya sends Naga to get Rana’s gun, but he points it towards him instead. In a way, the father and son had to fight off Surya together, who ends up dying at his own partner’s hand. Just then, the CBI officer also comes to the location & Rana makes it look like the officer got injured while chasing the wanted criminal and shot him. He also puts the blame on Surya for killing Eijaz.
In the end, Rana gives the asked amount to Naga as a farewell gift and tells him to go away, while taking Srini to the hospital. He then leaves a voicemail for Naina, apologising for everything & saying that they have to be a stronger family together so that Naga isn’t able to break them apart even if he wishes to. The episode ends with a blood-soaked Rana lying at the poolside with his family.
