One Piece Live Action Predictions

The series will serve more as an introductory one, without delving much deeply into the story. As we all know, the manga series contains more than 1,000 chapters, and so does the anime series. The plot has progressed extensively in the source material, however, the television show will keep it simple for the audience to make it more understandable for the audience. Nevertheless, there are a lot of fun and surprising elements that will keep everyone on their toes.

Which characters will be appearing in the series?

From the trailer, you can definitely make out who will be shown in the series, but can you recognise each character? Yes, Luffy being the lead character, will be one of the first integral characters to be making an appearance. The story follows him in recruiting members for his crew so that, with their help, he can become the Pirate King. According to the source material, the first member to get recruited into his crew is none other than Zoro, whom he meets during some weird circumstances (let’s not give away much of the plot).

Subsequently, he meets other characters, such as Nami, Sanji and Usopp, who also end up joining his crew. The five members start to build a relationship with each other so that they can achieve the ultimate goal of finding the One Piece. However, they all have their own agendas and needs to fulfil, but will they be able to overcome their selfishness and create a solid foundation for their relationship? We have to wait for the series to release to find out.

Will there be any antagonists in the series?

A series is incomplete without a scary villain to disrupt the hero’s plans. Obviously, there are some vicious bad guys in the plot, famously known for their gruesome actions. In the series, we will be meeting a few of them, which will keep the story exciting and full of twists for us. One of the antagonists who will be shown is Buggy the Clown, played by Jeff Ward, who is an unhinged pirate with a special ability.

Another villain with the name of Arlong, will also be joining the cast, played by McKinley Belcher III, who is a half-human and half-sawfish shark. Another character who will prove to be a bit of a roadblock for Luffy is the fearsome pirate Alvida played by Ilia Isorelýs Paulino.
