My Hero Academia Final Season Episode 10 Recap
The episode opens with La Brava and Gentle finally reuniting, their joy evident after everything they have endured. Elsewhere, Lady Nagant is seen speaking with Hawks. When he asks her about stepping back into the world, she admits she isn’t ready yet. The idea of freedom still frightens her, and she chooses to wait before being released. While society hasn’t fully recovered and relief efforts are moving slowly, progress is being made little by little.
Meanwhile, Deku visits Spinner, only to realise that Spinner is the only one who has survived the conflict. The revelation overwhelms him, triggering a violent outburst as he grows in size and nearly lashes out at Deku. Breaking down, Spinner confesses that Shigaraki was not just his leader but his hero and first true friend. He then declares his intention to write a book to ensure Shigaraki’s story and the Villain League are not forgotten. Deku simply hopes it turns into a comic before quietly leaving.

My Hero Academia Final Season Episode 11 Review
Today’s episode was a bit hard to enjoy, precisely because I already knew it was the last. However, it ended on a very hopeful note, signalling that it is not truly the end of My Hero Academia. The episode opens with a troubled child getting out of his house after being neglected and abused by his family all his life. He can become the next Shigaraki if not helped by others. That is when an elder reaches out to him, the same person who rejected Shigaraki’s hand while he was young. This proves that society has been healing, and the people are learning to be more accepting towards others, so that villains do not rise in arms again.

This also works, as we can see that villains are not as rampant as they used to be in Deku’s time. We also get a major timeskip, where we see Deku being a school teacher teaching the same class at his school, training the next generation of heroes. Though he does not have powers anymore, he is determined to help others achieve their dreams of becoming heroes. However, being a hero is not the only thing people admire these days. They know that apart from heroes, other professionals like doctors, technicians, and inventors also helped win the war against the villain league, which is why many people aspire to contribute in other ways as well.

We get to meet another high schooler with a weak quirk and big dreams of becoming a pro hero himself. Though he had doubts at first about himself, Deku comes to the rescue and tells him how he can be a hero without any flashy quirk, just like him. This showcases how Deku is not taking the same role that All Might once had. Apart from that, we also see how other characters like Bakugo and Shoto have settled into their hero work.
Verdict

I absolutely loved My Hero Academia till the end. There is also a surprise regarding the Deku, and it will be better for fans to just watch it for themselves. All in all, it was a nice ending, leaving fans devastated that the story has concluded, but at the same time, making them glad that it ended in such a nice way.
