The plot has progressed extensively in the latest episode. The premise of the episode surrounds Miyo figuring out a gift for Kiyoka in return for the gift that he gave her last episode. However, since she does not have a lot of money, she decides to make a gift for him since it would have more meaning to it than any material object.

The characters have developed massively in episode 4. Miyo, who was abused and exploited her entire life, initially had an extremely dormant personality. She used to apologise for everything and remained extra mindful of not causing any trouble around the house. Her self-esteem and self-worth remained low, and she thought of herself to be an entirely useless person.

However, after arriving at the Kudo household, her personality is steadily starting to change. She had more confidence in herself and finds herself useful around the house. Moreover, she has also stopped apologising for minor inconveniences and started to embrace the life that she has received.

Kiyoka Kudo, on the other hand, is also warming up to Miyo a lot more than before. He trusts her but, most importantly, cherishes her presence the most. Although she is devoid of any special abilities, he does not think of her as useless. He constantly tries to reassure her that being herself is enough and needs no altering.

Apart from the plot, the animation yet again raises the standard of animes as a whole. The inclusion of beautiful scenic beauty by masterfully achieving nature’s essence is commendable. The use of minimal CGI is also worth mentioning as it keeps the quality of the show intact. Moreover, each and every character is intricately detailed, elevating the storytelling process.

As the relationship between Kudou and Miyo develops, the story becomes even more magical and heart melting. Additionally, the animation remains top-tier, providing the audience with an immersive experience.
