The live-action film adaptation of the fantasy series was released in Japan on March 2023. Following the story of Miyo, who enters an arranged marriage with a ruthless commander, officially got its own anime series announced to be directed by Takehiro Kubota under Kinema Citrus Studios. Ami Satō, Takahito Ōnishi and Momoka Toyoda are credited as the writers, and Evan Call gives the music.

The third episode of the show is rather pleasant than the previous episodes. Miyo is getting closer to Kiyoka and their relationship is blossoming. From being distant strangers, they are steadily trying to understand each other and building a healthy relationship. Moreover, Kiyoka is helping Miyo in winning her self-esteem and confidence back by treating her right.

The story continues in the upcoming episode, though, as Miyo begins her new life with Kiyoka Kudou. Even though she no longer lives with her abusive family, she nevertheless has an unidentified fear. She has been conditioned for years to feel worthless and unable to realise her own value because she lacks any special abilities.

She also behaves entirely differently from daughters of wealthy families. She always apologises whenever someone is even the slightest bit offended about something since it comes naturally to her. Her skin, hair, and clothing all reflect her living circumstances, which are identical to those of a servant.

Contrary to popular thought, Kiyoka has a particularly attractive face. He has a tight lifestyle and is quite disciplined because he works as a commander. He is obviously very aware of his surroundings and does not trust anyone he encounters for the first time. Unless they show him otherwise, he is wary of new people around him. A kind, polite, and understanding man can be found beneath the tough exterior. He is a perceptive someone who looks past a person’s outward appearance in an effort to understand their problems and try to address them. He respects those around him and does not take anyone for granted.

The characters have been enormously developed by the creators, who have done a terrific job. Even plot-wise, the story is moving forward at a steady pace, providing a better perspective of the different personalities. The characters’ emotional complexity and openness have made it easier for the viewers to identify with them on a deeper level. It will be simple for the audience to relate to the characters and comprehend their point of view.

Aside from the plot, another component of the show that stands out from the rest is the animation. The places are surrounded by lovely cherry blossoms, which enhance the scenic splendour of the performance. One might quickly fall in love with them due to their exquisite character designs. Muted tones can also be used to create a contrasted image without being overpowering, in addition to vivid colours.
