Moving Episode 14 Recap
Ju-won returns home with his daughter Hee-soo and pulls himself to be strong and protect her. Later, Ju-won declines to go on a business trip since he wants to take care of his daughter. Mr. Min notifies that in times of urgent need, Ju-won must come. We are then shown Jae-man carrying loads of boxes on his back seamlessly. By the looks of his speech, it is understood that he has some IQ deficiency. His wife protects him from getting allured by bad men and keeps him near.

The couple share a son, Gang-hoon. When the alarm on Jae-man’s watch goes off, he runs away at an immense flash-like speed to his son’s school to pick him up. It is understood that in the present, Gang-hoon has inherited his father’s powers and his mother’s intelligence. Previously, Jae-man was arrested for beating a thug. When he returns from prison, it takes time for Gang-hoon to gel with his father.
As time passes, Jae-man and Gang-hoon share a beautiful bond. Both of them prefer running to the school and not using any mode of transport. One day, when the local store workers start a protest, Jae-man’s wife advises him to pick up Gang-hoon and not join in the protest. As usual, Jae-man brings his son back home.
However, Jae-man’s wife gets into trouble when the police attack the protesters. Jae-man promises his son that he will be on time with his mother. When Jae-man spots his wife getting arrested, he starts throwing the cops and hitting them. They all notice his strength and start attacking him. His wife warns him to not do these acts but to return home and protect Gang-hoon.

Jae-man instantly runs away and gets inside the manhole to escape. Mr. Min calls Ju-won to arrest Jae-man, the monster. When Ju-won comes and goes inside the manhole, both of them have a heated fight. Since both are super strong, they find it hard to win. Meanwhile, a small child, Sunwoo, falls inside the manhole. When Jae-man and Ju-won hear the child’s cry for help, they work together and save him.
Ju-won returns to the ground with Sunwoo. Mr. Min asks Ju-won regarding Jae-man and he replies that the superhuman has returned home to see his son. Mr. Min demands to check on Jae-man and they all visit his house. They look at the son and father duo embracing and leave the place. However, when one of the agents tries to arrest Jae-man, he gets thrown out. Mr. Min and Ju-won rush back to the apartment and realise that Gang-hoon pushed the officer and not Jae-man.
Mr. Min finds ecstasy after learning that the children possess the parents’ powers. This sight triggers Ju-won; that night, he carries his daughter and some of his belongings and absconds from the agency. Back in the present, the grown-up Hee-soo shares a memory of her mother with Ju-won. She says Ji-hee died smiling at her knowing she can never get hurt. Ju-won asks Hee-soo to return home soon. When his daughter leaves, Ju-won breaks down.

In the first few episodes, we see the strengths of Gang-hoon and his innocent father. Episode 14 offers a glance into the potential of Jae-man and how Gang-hoon has grown up possessing such a power. We also find out why and how Ju-won left the agency. He apparently has sensed that Mr. Min will come for his daughter when she grows up so that he can use her for the agency.
