MONSTA X Bags First Win for ‘Beautiful Liar’ at KBS Music Bank

Performing their last stage for the Beautiful Liar era promotions at KBS Music Bank, MONSTA X has finally bagged their first win for the latest comeback with their 12th EP titled Reason. Fellow K-pop group SF9 was tied with them for the first place for their brand new titular track Puzzle off the 12th mini album The Piece of 9.

While the former group is signed under the Starship Entertainment label, the latter is currently under FNC Entertainment. Interestingly enough, the youngest member of MONSTA X, I.M. no longer holds a contract under the same label as his band mates, but is still very much a part of the group that first debuted in 2015 after having been formed through Mnet’s survival show No Mercy. Since then, the K-pop group has released countless albums, singles, in various languages, exhibiting their stellar discography consisting of endless genres of music.
