Modern Love Chennai Reactions: Netizens Smitten By Prime Video’s Love Anthology

Modern Love Chennai reactions are flooding Twitter. It is safe to say that the audience is loving the show and, everything is going ‘so far so good’. Thiagarajan Kumararaja serves as the creative director for the series. The series is adapted from the New York Times Modern Love column and, after Mumbai and Hyderabad, this is the third one in the list of the franchise expanding its branches.

The anthology series has six episodes, with a runtime of 40-60 minutes. Directors Bharathirajaa, Thiagarajan Kumararaja, Akshay Sundher, Balaji Sakthivel, Rajumurugan and Krishnakumar Ramakumar have played their parts in each of the episodes. The cast features Sri Gouri Priya, Vasudevan Murali, Vasundhara, Ashok Selvan, T.J. Bhanu, Ritu Varma, Samyuktha Viswanathan, Pawan Alex, Aniiruth Kanakarajan, Sanjula Sarathi, Chu Khoy Sheng, Srikrishna Dayal, Kishore, Ramya Nambessan, Vijayalakshmi, Wamiqa Gabbi and PB, amongst several others.

The six episodes in Modern Love Chennai have love at its core alongside themes of pain, struggles and endings which might or might not look like your fairytale romance. Out of the lot, Lalagunda Bommaigal, Kaadhal Enbadhu Kannula Heart Irukkura Emoji and Ninaivo Oru Paravai really stand out as they explore the strings of romance, comedy, tragedy and more. In fact, looking at the reactions, it is clear that netizens agree with us on that end.

Thrilled by the final episode of the series, one of the viewers tweeted: “Don’t want to share the video till the weekend but Favourite shot from Ninaivo Oru Paravai from Modern Love Chennai is when Sam is crying, walking from the door to her bedroom to her balcony and there’s a blackout and a zoom out every time she crosses each room ????????????????”.
