For the Elimination Challenge, judges Andy Allen, Melissa Leong and Jock Zonfrillo take them at Alla Wolf-Tasker’s Dairy Flat Farm in Daylesford.

Minoli decides to get inventive for her vegetable cook. Instead of serving the veggies in their natural state, she decides to make sauces out of them. The MasterChef Australia Season 13 returnee makes charred capsicum sauce and green herb sauce to go with hr salt-baked beetroots and roasted potato. Jock and Alla are confused with the idea of her dish. Minoli gets emotional as she wants to get creative but doesn’t want to get eliminated again.

Alla Wolf-Tasker and the MasterChef Australia judges taste all the dishes in the tasting room. They love Linda’s Laotian tomato dish with pickled cucumber the most. The judges also enjoy Sabina’s pickled carrots with pesto and rye lavosh. The judges are not impressed with Minoli’s plating and are worried if she has hit the mark or not. But when they taste the dish, they are amazed by how it is packed with flavour and deliciousness.

Amir’s dish didn’t impress the judges much as the beetroots were burnt, and the texture was not right. Hence, he gets eliminated from MasterChef Australia Season 13.
